Preparation and maintenance for your sunless airbrush

Enhance the effectiveness of your sunless tanning session by conditioning your skin and then taking the appropriate steps to help maintain your sunless spray tan!

Maintance kits are available in store and will provide with everything you need to prepare and maintain your sunless airbrush

PREPERATION

• Exfoliate before your session to remove dry skin with Ambersun's moisturizing body scrub. Removing dry skin prior to your sunless airbrush helps the absorption of the DHA bronzers, spraying onto dry flaky skin can cause the tan to look uneven and less natural. 
• Avoid using bar soaps, high pH shower products or in-shower moisturizers (These products cause that “orange look”)
• Do not apply moisturizerizers or perfumes prior to your session and use deodorant sparingly  
• Remove all jewellery prior to coming
• It’s best not to apply make up, if you decide to you can remove your makeup before your session
• Wear DARK loose fitting clothing and loose shoes or sandles (Tight clothes can rub off or smear the bronzers)

MAINTENANCE

• Avoid sweating after your sunless spray session, excessively sweating may cause streaking.  (Remember you have just been tinted with a water soluble solution)
• Wait at least 16 hours before showering, if you must bathe within 16 hours do not use any product.  After this time we recommend Ambersun's Hydrating Shower Gel to assist in hydrating, nourishing and maintaining proper pH levels.
• After bathing AIR DRY or PAT DRY
• Note that the instant bronzers with wash off as they are designed to.
• Avoid using bar soaps and pH products they will strip and fade your tan rapidly      
• Avoid chemically treated pools and spas for at least 24 hours to prevent color from fading.

TAN EXTENDING 

After showing use Ambersun's Prolong this will assist in keeping your skin tanned and nourish as well as add a refreshing glow.  To help extend the results of your sunless airbrush always moisturize after showers and before bed at night.

Between Sessions

For touch ups and maintenance we recommend; 

4 Faces Touch Up Spray to refresh the color of your face airbrush or

Ambersun Sunless Mousse or Spray to pro long and renew your beautiful deep dark color on your body.
